1950s: Pierre Balladur opened what was known as a ‘Maison de Transit’ [Transit Company] in Marseilles.
He became one of Marseilles’ leading forwarding agents, specialising in dried fruit and coffee, which were distinctive features of the Port of Marseilles for a long time.

1980s: Hervé Balladur created a transport operators company in Marseilles, which was modern and efficient, as well as completely free and independent.

2000 onwards: Clément Balladur joined the family group to take over its international development.
